One of the best hotel options for tourist groups of 4-6 in Shinjuku
Hotel accommodations are terrific, offers a friendly introduction to Japanese-style living with a modern western twist. Friendly and helpful staff clearly explained the facilities upon our arrival. Near a lot of central activities in Shinjuku and quite accessible to the Shinjuku station!

The room for our family was spacious and comfortable.
Location was close to the convenience stores. It was very quiet.
Not enough laundry machines. In room laundry would be nice.

Amazing and beautiful hotel that will make your time in Japan be so much better!
Worth every penny! The staff was amazing and so was the hotel itself. We loved the beds! Passed out every night. We also appreciated the size of the rooms. Enough for a family of 4 adults. They assisted us with getting a large taxi as well as storing our luggage. I was also able to send my luggage in advance from Kyoto which was wonderful given how much luggage we all had.
You need to rent out some appliances from the front desk which was a little inconvenient when we would come back late and needed to iron our clothes for the next day. I also would have appreciated having some large lotion bottles. They provided you with small sample sized ones but we sometimes forgot to grab some.
